The purchase of a new home is the most important and expensive investment you will probably make in your life. In Louisiana, where the cost of housing has skyrocketed, it is absolutely critical that your home inspector tell you everything and anything about your prospective new home. An independent, thorough, and unbiased property inspection by A Plus Home Inspections can make the difference between… A house you and your family can afford to live in. A happy home where you really enjoy yourselves, rest well, and are empowered in life, or possibly… A home where you have mounting unexpected major repairs that saddle you with worry and drain your bank account as well as your life energy. With a property inspection by A Plus Home Inspections, you will know what to expect from your new home; what items could be major cost concerns, what items are safety or health issues, and what items will require future monitoring, maintenance, repair, or replacement. My home inspection will provide you with the knowledge you need to make an informed confident decision on the purchase of your new home.

General Info
“I will be very frank with you about home inspection fees. I am not the low bidder and I wouldn’t want to be. If you are looking for a low price home inspection when you are investing hundreds of thousands of dollars in a new home, you may want to rethink things a bit. The sad truth is that there are many types of home inspection companies out there that do charge low prices, that consistently book several inspections a day for weeks on end. These inspectors do a lot of inspections on a very tight schedule, and the chances for a major error or omission goes way up. Simply put, you – the customer- don’t get the time or attention to detail that you deserve when making such a major life decision. How do you tell the difference with all these websites, inspectors, credentials, and promises? It’s not that easy and can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort. This is my promise to you!

Mr Boudreaux is very thorough ...

Mr Boudreaux is very thorough and detailed in his inspection. He was very nice and took his time going over the pictures and problems found with me. He called me that afternoon to tell me he had emailed me my report. Excellent job. I was very impressed with all aspects of the inspection.

I was very impressed!

Very professional, excellent service, efficient, very thorough. We would definitely recommend Mr. Boudreaux to anyone looking for a great inspector. After he finished the inspection he went over everything with us and he was very detailed. I know it can’t happen all the time, but he also had our report ready that same day. We were very impressed and would definitely use him again J. Lavigne, Prairieville, la.

Overall
Very Professional Inspection

I was very pleased with the format and scope of my home inspection from A Plus Home Inspections. The report was detailed and filled with additional general information about home construction. I loved the photos of the "problem" areas of the inspection. Mr. Boudreaux was very polite and professional. I will surely use this company again! Barry McDonald, Prairieville, La.
