This company did in 24 hours what Sears Home Repair Services couldn't do in a week. A single part of my washer broke, and it needed a simple fix, but Sears wasn't up to the task. Even after an initial diagnostic appointment costing $85, and a second appointment for which the technician didn't show, the customer service reps at Sears had no apologies...they kept telling me to reschedule. Ha, fat chance of that. So I called around to other appliance repair places, only to be met with the abrupt and ignorant attitudes of their reps as well. Finally, I came across the A Plus company, and I must say it was a relief. Every person I spoke and/or dealt with was courteous and knowledgeable, including the repairman himself. He was sent to my house the very morning after my call. Though the fee was a bit high in my estimation, the job was done quickly and done well. Overall, I am happy to report that, thanks to A Plus, my family and I can forget a week of needless stress (and dirty laundry!) and get back to our lives:)

Competent and honest.....repaired my air conditioner in my home and I have a working and cooling unit! Got their name from a neighbor who used them for their washer....
