My AC went out over the weekend for me and A #1 took care of me right away. I called and same day had somone out and working to get the problem solved, great service all around froms tart to finish. Our air conditioning quit working yesterday evening. We called A Number 1 Air and they were at our house in one hour. I can' tell you how great and surprising that was. I was expecting to go at least a day with no AC. They got our AC running in no time at a very reasonable cost. Very friendly and very thorough. I would recommened them to anyone who needs their air conditioning back on and doesnt want to wait for an appointment.

We are very happy with A Number 1 Air. They seemed fair and reasonable for our furnace repair. In addition, they fixed / lit our gas fireplace that another company didn't even want to look at.

We had been without heat for two days when we were referred to A #1 Air. We called mid-morning, and because of other calls, they arrived mid-afternoon. Before they arrived, we received a call that they were on the way. After a brief explanation of what had happened, the Tech knew immediately what our problem was - and it was. Within 15 minutes the part was replaced and we removed our winter jackets. I would highly recommend A #1 Air as a knowledgeable, professional and very reasonably priced company- most refreshing.

I used A#1 Air last year to service and store three A/C's for my office. They were helpful and friendly on the phone. Their rates were low and their service was very professional. I called them again this year and I wasn't dissapointed. I recommend A#1 Air.

NEVER USE THIS GUY !!! I had him come out to my house. It was an easy job so there were no problems. I gave them my credit card number and all needed information. Months later I get a call from the guy asking for information from a personal phone number other than the business line. I tell him I am busy atm and he immediately starts to accuse me of trying not to pay and begins cussing at me. He threatens to go to the house and rip out the equipment that was put in. I try to explain that I don't feel comfortable giving information over the phone to an unfamiliar number to an unfamiliar person, plus I need to verify that I was not aready charged for the service because I don't want to be charged twice. He angrily said, " I already have your credit card number, security code on the back and the expiration date. All i need is the zip code. I ask they guy, then how did I try NOT paying if I gave all that information. No answer. Very unprofessional to threaten customers !!! I will NEVER use this guy again.

Have been a customer for 2 years and confirm that A#1 is reliable, honest, and capable. Just recently installed an attic tent to further seal the hot space, and the materials were delivered when promised, the installation went quickly and smoothly. Calvin, who did the work was friendly, courteous, and left our home spotless after the work. The office was careful to coordinate arrival of materials, dispatch of the crew, and my satisfaction afterward. Recommend the company and the team without reservation.

We got great service on our air conditioner today. Fast, prompt, very freindly. Tech-Patrick really knew what he was doing. We only needed a spring checkup - it was very thorough. We will definately them again.

A Number 1 Air quoted me $1400 + to repair my unit. When I said I wanted a 2nd opinion the price magically fell to $800 +. I still called another company to do repairs. The company that did repairs had to fix what A Number 1 had broken in addition to the original problem. My final cost for repairs was aprox $500 - about half of that was to fix what A Number 1 damaged.
