Never go through them. They are very unprofessional and drive like maniacs, and when you call to complain to the so called manager you get called a c*nt and says f*ck you and then tried turning it around on me like i started cussing him out first which is a lie and also recorded. If their was a rating of negatives that would be my rating. My husband is infuriated. We got the manager on record the second time and he wouldnt give my husband his name. He said i dont need to give you my name, are you calling just to waste my f*ucking time?!? What a bussiness. I called the BBB and they are sending a complaint form out right away and were very upset with how he talked to me. He said is it really that important to call and complain about my driver flying up behind you if he did not hit you, and i said yes we got rear ended last year and almost died so yes you need to get better qualified drivers. Appearantly they dont want to hear how bad their drivers are unless they hit you, and then im sure it wouldnt even matter if they did. You dont drive like that when its snowy outside. They are going to kill someone someday and it doesnt seem to phase the manager at all. I would not refer them to anyone and they will be shut down and I will not give up until it happens.That is for sure, and we are also going to tell everyone not to ever go through them. We've already spread the word to our frieds that go through them and all over our facebook pages as well and they all said never again will they use their service they would rather walk. Plus the driver gave me the finger and that was after him flying up on us at a stoplight and almost hitting us twice, the second time was after we turned and he was in such a hurry to get to the shell station. He was driving and acting like he was under the influence of something. The manager must have known he was talking wrong when i called him because he hung up really fast when my husband called and we told him we recorded the conversation. There are so many other actual professional taxi services why go through one that can harm you and your familys life? When i called it didnt seem like i was talking to the manager of A & J taxi service it seemed like i was just talking to an immature outraged lunatic that is definately old enough to know better. Me nor anyone else we know which is a lot of their customers will not be using their taxi service ever again. I am very furious over this and something will be done and i suggest anyone who uses A & J taxi service find a different taxi service. This will be further spread and they will be lucky to keep their business going and thats the truth. I have never been so insulted by a business in my life and wont be talked to like that by anyone! I suggest anyone who uses their service switch to a different taxi company, before you have the same problem with them as I did. As soon as i get the BBB complaint form it will instantly be filled out and sent right back as soon as possible.

You can't beat the price. If you get picked up in town and go anywhere in town, it's only $ 6 for one person. The other taxi services takes advantage of people, they charged $40 to go from Holiday Inn to a bar on Main Street. The driver was friendly and professional.
