Paid in Full but work not Completed!



Mr. Jackson, owner of American Tree Care, was very prompt in returning initial calls. He was hired to cut down three (3) Colorado Blue Spruce, top and trim ten (10) Leyland Cyprus and haul away debris. His workers did an excellent job cutting down Colorado Blue Spruce, removing debris and trimming Leyland Cyprus. At the time the Leyland Cyprus were not topped due to wetness of ground--”too wet for company's large truck to drive on but Mr. Jackson said he and his workers would be back to complete the job in a week or so. Unfortunately payment was made in full for all services at the time of the initial work. As of today services still have not been completed (many many months later).



I have made numerous attempts to contact Mr. Jackson -- left message with his messaging service, called his personal cell phone and sent text messages. Initially some calls were returned with the promise of completing the remaining work. Over the past several months none of my calls have been answered or my messages returned.



Based on completeness of the work and the fact that all money was paid up front I unfortunately have to give the American Tree Care a very poor overall rating and would not recommend.
