After 3 separate visits to my home and $2000 spent, the problem with my AC unit was never resolved by A Accurate.
This company failed to accurately detect a Freon leak in my 5 year old AC Unit that was preventing it from cooling the house.
They charged me on the first visit to recharge the Freon, without doing a leak detection.
They charged me again on the second visit to correct the leak they had now "detected". After this second visit, my heating unit mysteriously start blowing cool air all the time.
After a couple weeks my house was hot again, so I called A Accurate once more. Now the technician informed me that there is a leak in my condenser coils and the coils are frozen. Apparently they may have missed that leak on the two previous visits.
I called another company to take a look at my AC and, now my Heating Unit. This technician was able to replace the coils and repair the leak. In addition, I was informed that my heating issue was due to a miss-wiring in the Heating unit. This information seemed very peculiar considering the unit has been fine for six years straight up until the technician guy from A Accurate was inside tinkering around.
A Accurate refused to acknowledge any poor diagnosis that may have resulted in unnecessary repair and workmanship cost.
I expressed to the owner that I have been a customer with their company for over 10 years and would appreciate a gesture of good faith if they would assist with the service cost of $300 that I spent to get the leak properly detected. The responds was, "That's the breaks. We did our job".
