Defnitely don't use them! They are rude and unprofessional. I called to get a quote and I told her the prices she was quoting me were kind of high because I had my carpet done three times before and it was $80 less all three times. She actually HUNG UP ON ME! Like they were too good and didn't need my business. So I called around and found three other companies that agreed on the price I had paid the previous times. The girl answering the phone obviously doesn't care if she's losing business for the company. I hope her boss reads this. He probably has no idea. Their customer service is horrible.
