A-1 AFFORDABLE APPLIANCE

Terrible service!!!!! We purchased a brand new fridge from A1 Affordable Appliance and within a month it didn't work anymore. The "Free" warranty that the store provided was useless because we couldn't get their repair man to come out to fix the fridge. After 2 weeks of trying to get them to come fix the fridge it is still broken and we are still waiting for it to get serviced.

I bought a used Whirlpool washer and dryer for my two sons first apartment. there was a problem with the washer tub leaning to one side after set up. I called that evening to schedule repair and the repair man arrived promptly the next morning and had the issue fixed within twenty minuets . I am very satisfied with both the sales and service from this company. Great price and great service !

Bought a Kenmore Washer and Dryer in August from them with the basic three month warranty. Dryer took a poop last week and I called to have them come out for a repair. Scheduled a time on Wednesday between 9 and noon. Now a three hour window is already ridiculous in my book, but I had to take off work to be here for them. Noon rolled around and no person, no call, no anything. Called them to cancel the appoinment and there was no apology, no reasoning for them not being there, no anything. Horrible store to do business with, and even if you can get an appliance for cheap I would/WILL never do business with them again

i purchaced a stove and refrigarator and it was supposed to be delivered this past week end and i waited all day and nobody showed up and nobody even called to say they weren't coming even after i called that morning and they told me my appliances were on the truck. finally it came that monday and they brought the wrong stove i paid for a almond color to match the fridge they brought a white one, they told me they would hook-up the stove then when they delivered it the guys said thats only when you spend 250 dollars. so we had someone else to hook it up and all the parts where not there.I'm so upset because this is my first x-mas in my first home and i may not even be able to cook my first x-mas dinner.
