My first time there I had to wait for the employees to come back from lunch before I could get helped. There was no sign on the receiptionist desk stating they were at lunch and would be back at 1:00. After going through the pain and trouble of first getting an X-ray (my tooth was broken) they then decided my blood pressure should be taken before they could go any further. Of course my blood pressure is going to be high as I had just broken a tooth and was stressed about taking time from work and having to have my tooth worked on. After trying and failing several times to get my blood pressure, I was even more stressed and upset (I had already been there an hour). The dentist then told me we should end the appointment. I had to leave there in pain after taking over an hour off from work. These people are extremely insensative, uncaring and rude - I thought they were supposed to help people in pain and suffering. I am going to write a complaint to the ADA about this. I could not believe they would turn someone away in pain. I just wanted to warn others to not go there - especially if they are in serious need of help.
