If I could have chosen no stars I would have! Worse customer service I have ever received! Paid $65 for a birthday cake for my son. I asked for a Teenage Mutant ninja turtle cake and the colors were completely off. The person I spoke to was sympathetic and said that she would have the manager call me to fix this. The manager should be fired! Was basically told to get over it. That is was not her problem. That she gave me ninja turtle so that was good enough, it didn't matter if they were right or not. "It's not like I put dogs on your cake, so you got what you asked for" I also, had another cake ordered for another birthday party next week. Was told to order my cake elsewhere that they didn't want to do business with me! So not only had a cake my son was disappointed with, that I paid a LOT for, but also have to find another place to make me a cake in less than a week! I will NEVER do anymore business with this place and EVERY person that I come in contact will do the same thing. This place should be ashamed of how they treat people. They should be ashamed of themselves for making a day that should have been great very stressful.

Grandson and I had breakfast and it was great---all around. Plan to return again very soon.
