Hagewood Apartments Ltd

The management is horrible! If you are a college student I wouldn't advise you to try to stay in Hagewood, like for real! The inspections are ridiculous, and if you have anything like a toilet or refrigerator that needs fixing you might get written up for it, but if you tell management about it they say they will send someone then send NO ONE!!! Some of the tenants are nice despite everything else, but if you catch yourself living around some bitter older people, prepare to get asked to get asked about noise and every little loud voice that following Monday. THATS IF MANAGEMENT IS THERE! YOU CAN LOOK FOR OFFICE HOURS ALL YOU WANT, BUT THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN GET SOMETHING ANSWERED IS IF YOU PRAY FOR THAT WHITE CAR TO BE BY THE OFFICE ON THE DAY THAT YOU REALLY NEED SOMETHING!!!! ANYTHING BESIDES THAT, YOUR PRETTY MUCH SCREWED!!! Then there is the TRASH! You getting written up of course for trash that you throw on the ground, but trust if you don't get caught, then you don't have to worry about it. If the camera don't catch you, meaning if management is not there when you do it, YOU WON'T GET TOLD ANYTHING AT ALL!!!!! Maybe if management likes you and you pay the WHOLE RENT (like not on rental assistance) THAN YOU CAN GET AWAY WITH MUCH MORE!!!! Let's see what else.......oh how can I forget about parking........How does that saying go? When it rains, it pours! and when it rains over here, CARS POUR IN AND TAKE UP EVERY PARKING SPOT!!!! THAT IS IF YOU STAY IN BUILDING 1!!!! AND THEN GETS MAD ABOUT THE TRASH THATS IN THE PARKING AREAS, GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!
