I am a professional looking to receive a landlord verification for a prospective resident that is applying for an apartment with our apartment community. Our leasing consultant faxed the landlord verification over to them on Thursday, April 5, 2018. It is Friday, and we still have not received the verification. The prospective resident is waiting to be approved for the apartment based on receiving the landlord verification. It is 7 questions. I called and was told that I was speaking to the assistant and she told me that they were working on it. I asked if it could be expedited. She again said they were working on it. She then hung up on me. I then received a call from somebody at this office and she told me that this is the south and they are doing this right. And it would be 7 days to receive it. I explained that this prospective resident did not have 7 days to wait for 7 questions to be answered. This person hung up on me also! This is not very professional!!
