Timely, helpful, affordable, with great advice, and I came to them from a recommendation from the manufacturer (Hayward). I killed my old pool pump by running it with at least some of the winterization plugs in the lines. Kevin came to install a new pump from Hayward from the manufacturer, not knowing me from Adam, and did it all while I slept off my night shift. He explained to my wife what had gone wrong, offered to help with ongoing pool care for what seems a reasonable 50/wk, and did a complete install of the new pump for 130 bucks (labor only). He charged zero for educating us on how to avoid the problem in the future and for setting up the lines to work correctly. The new pump is going to save so much electricity that I am glad the old noisy one broke! A few hours later and the pool is looking better than ever, crystal clear.
