Value Vet

The vets here are knowledgeable and helpful. They are pretty friendly and know what they are doing!!

Dr. Trent is the best. We have only seen him and are biased but will always request him as he is so in tune with our puppy and she loves him!

The only problem with Value Vet is that they are hard to get an appointment with. Good doctors, friendly staff. We take all three of our pups here.

My five stars is for Dr. Buford specifically. Our pets have seen her several times and a couple for some health scares and she is always kind, honest and helpful. She's gotten our babies better several times!

My only gripe with the clinic itself is that you can't call an individual location. You can only call their call center. And often times they tell you even in an emergent situation that they can't see you. I did get one doctor we did NOT like. Dr. Tripp sent my hurting baby home with nothing. We went back to Dr. Buford a day or two later and she gave my boy a couple of days worth of meds and he was back to normal in no time!

I would give Dr. Buford all of the stars in the world! If she ever opens up her own clinic I will be her first customer!

Estimated $175 + meds for my two cats' surgeries. Charged us $33 each for a pre surgical exam. Then hit us with an estimate of $360 for each cat. Refused to refund us our exam fee. Very shady and dishonest.
