Like pulling teeth... Too many hoops to jump through. Nice friendly well meaning people though. It was difficult to get straight answers about their procedures and getting there needs met to service my account. My online account never worked, so I had to email photos to their work email addresses, and then they would not respond for weeks. My stuff would get lost and forgotten, but then they would find it if I called to see what happened. It took me from December 15th to March 10th to find out they would not just approve my upper teeth for straightening even though I told them that's all I was after. The customer service person said I should also send in the bottom tray imprints just for options... Bad advice. My teeth are just short of perfect, but they wanted $1400 to straighten my two front upper teeth. I had braces for crying out loud. So, I have decided to pull out my old retainer from 30 years ago to fix my two teeth. I want to recommend their service, but I just can't.
