Scott was paid for services for divorce and custody in September of 2013. Over a year later, my case has still not been filed. He has ignored multiple requests to file the papers and multiple requests for refunds. At one point, he told me he filed the papers by mail and by must have gotten lost. He took my money and ran. He handled a dui and insurance loss for me at the sent time. Same outcome. He didn't do anything with either case. He's the worst lawyer I've ever met.
