One of the best dental offices ever! This place is so clean and comforatble you can't tell you are in a dental office. The staff is very friendly and knowlegable.

Dr. Bush is fantastic. He has years of experience and he is fast. I will never go to another dental office as long as this place is open.

Found my new dental home!! Great staff and beautifull office.I have had a lot of dental treatment over the years and spoken with many different dentists and doctors.I was nervous about coming to a new dental office, but Dr. Bush was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions concerning recommended treatment.I have learned that every dentist or doctor diagnosis differently and recommended treatment can vary.I also have most certainly noted over the years that every office has their own way of doing things,but I confidently say that Dr. Bush and his team at Promse Dental are there to do their best in helping you feel comfortable and to answer any questions regarding recommended treatment.I highly recommend this office!!!

I recently moved to Nashville from Georgia. I went to Promise Dental for a routine cleaning because my dental insurance company assigned me to Promise Dental. The cleaning was fine, but Dr. Bush told me I had 8 cavities that needed fillings on 3 surfaces of each tooth. I was surprised because to that point I had never had a cavity in an adult tooth (had 1 cavity in a baby tooth). I brush twice a day and floss daily. I had Promise Dental send the x-rays and intraoral photos from my visit to me and my previous dentist in Georgia. First, Promise Dental did not send the records properly. They did not send the intraoral photos to my previous dentist and they did not send some of the x-rays to me. I had to call Promise Dental back and have them send the missing records. My previous dentist in Georgia examined the x-rays and intraoral photos, and he found no evidence of cavities that needed fillings. My previous dentist in Georgia recommended just watching the areas, going to a dentist that could use a laser technique to diagnose early tooth decay, or have air abrasion treatment on any areas with early decay. None of these options were mentioned by Dr. Bush at Promise Dental. Further, my previous dentist in Georgia said that at most 1 surface of a tooth would need a filling. Having 3 surfaces treated, Dr. Bush's recommendation, sounded like a way to drive up the bill, he thought. I DO NOT TRUST DR. BUSH'S DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT RECOMMENDATION AND DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM OR PROMISE DENTAL.

Wonderfull dentist and staff. This office is dedicated to quality customer care and I thank them for making me feel so welcome and relaxed. They put me in a room in no time. Had the chair on massage and turned the flat screen on the wall to the olympic coverage. Never knew how fun and relaxing a dental visit could be!!!

Beware if you are told they will schedule you for a complementary cleaning and then the doctor will see you. You will get billed for the cleaning and you will have to make a separate appointment to receive the treatment you need. If you tell them you just want a tooth pulled because you cannot acorn a crown, they will tell you how it damages other teeth, that they can make financial arrangements and then charge you the full amount even when you told them you could not afford it. If you are looking for a dentist that will provide the treatment you need instead of talking you Into something more expensive with false claims, I would recommend going almost anywhere other then Promise Dental.
