Sent Us on 2-day Rat Race to Find Keys

We valeted our car in front of an apartment building on a Friday night. They closed before we got back to the car and had to stay the night. The next day they told us they gave our keys to the restaurant in the apt building but when we went to that restaurant they had given our keys to the restaurant across the street which didn't open until 6PM. We had to wait around all day for that restaurant to open to retrieve our keys. Also the person I spoke with was rather rude and hateful and took no responsibility for the situation. Horrible experience. Very irresponsible to pass our keys around everywhere rather than just keeping them so we could get them at their office later. Will never use their service again.

We had Parking Management Company Valet our company party, and the Valets could not have been more professional.

The party had run about 1 hour over the time we had reserved and the stayed with no complaint and treated our guest's like royalty.
