Fair, fast, friendly, polite, professional, knowledgeable, honest, & extremely ethical. Respectful towards women too; NOT condescending at all & do NOT give lengthy explanations because do not have to. They are fair and honest! Service cannot be beat- even provided pick up and drop off transport to and from due to extenuating circumstances and short distance- under 8 miles round-trip. After Burt Gentry of Gentry’s Auto retired; I put myself through unnecessary misery before I learned: “The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.” -Benjamin Franklin. Packard’s does it fast & right the first time and for a fair price. Found Packard's in 2019, during an extremely stressful time when I unfortunately may have been a bit impatient. Recently had a car fail vehicle inspection. Bill Packard and his staff fixed it fast and right the first time and for a fair price, with the highest level of professionalism and excellent customer service. So thankful to know Bill Packard and his staff are there and hope they never retire.
