        Overall

        Terrible room service. The valet is rude! The place is under construction. The rooms are little. The decor is bland at best.

        We're locals, but we stayed at...

        We're locals, but we stayed at the Downtown Hilton for our anniversary. It was a great plan: nice dinner, concert at the Ryman and don't worry about the traffic.



        This is a great full-service hotel. The staff was wonderful and took care of all our needs. And, the location of the hotel makes it perfect to just walk to almost anything in downtown (especially Bridgestone Arena, Music City Hall of Fame, Schermerhorn, and Broadway).



        Next time you need to get away, the Hilton Downtown Nashville should be the centerpiece of your plan.
