Very happy with Dr. Williams and all of the staff there. Everyone was in a great mood,upbeat and very kind. Their office is very elegantly decorated and smells beautiful. Very relaxing waiting area, complete with cartoons, a child size table and chair set, and wall stickers. 5 stars will return!

Very pleased with Dr..Williams. The office staff is very helpful and made us feel very comfortable. The patient was a child, so they made her feel good. The wait was a little bit longer than expected, but they had to fit us in... I'm glad they did take her quickly, even if we had to wait. Recommend this Dr. and office 100%.

I was very pleased with the staff and Dr. Mark Williams. Eventhough we waited when we first arrived it was expected because she was a new patient. He was very sincere and he talked to me about the procedure and what was to be expected from us as parents and what we should expect from him. The staff was friendly and apologized for the wait. I would recommend this clinic and Dr. Williams to anyone. With us being new to Nashville, it helps when you have people that care enough to welcome you and make you feel comfortable. Since this is for my child and her well-being it was well worth it.

I hated my visit. I have a 1 1/2 year old and he has been there twice. his first time for a pre-tube consultation. he has surgery at another location with Dr. Williams, The second time we went for a follow up.



Reasons for not recomending:



1- They keep you waiting every step of the way. I waited 40 minutes to be seen. Another ten minutes in the examination room. Another ten minutes for the secretary to schedule another appointment. I literally tossed her the follow up card and said we will not be back.



2- Both times the temperature is about 90 degrees. This is very hot and they made you wait in the temperature. Plus I had an upset child that wanted to be held, so add another 30 pounds in that temperature. Trust me it makes the experience horrible.



3- the staff make you feel like they are not important and will ignore you or push you to the side when you ask questions.



4- Besides the day of the surgery we have not even seen the doctor. I have never met this man. i dont know what he looks like. Fat, Thin, Tall, Short, I dont know.



I will not ever go back to this office as I feel that it was the most horrendous experience I have ever had in a docotr's office, and for a 2 minute check up. UGH! I recomend you stay away.
