I went in to get a diagnosis for the shudder that my car was experiencing at high speed (70mph+). Turns out, there were missing bolts from a recent oil change. I was charged the full amount of diagnosis to replace the bolts of the panel underneath the front carriage. Understandably was my mistake to bring the car to a third party to get the oil change, but I at least expected the diagnosis and bolt replacement would resolve the problem. Unfortunately, the shuddering continued. I didn't want to incur another $160 fee for bringing the car in at the dealership, so I had a friend mechanic take a look. Not only was the panel missing bolts and not secure, but a big piece of it was missing from the damage that happened because it was not, in fact, secure. Very disappointing.
