I've had my car for 3 years. Never had any problems. Not to mention I won a free tv.

It's been a very pleasant experience buying a car from Automasters. My car will be paid off soon and I look forward to future purchases!

I haven't had any problems with with them as far as customer service,I would definitely recommend my friends and family. I went to a similar dealership who claimed that your credit score didn't matter, but once I finished the application and they ran my credit I was told,your credit is fine, but you need a co-signer. At Automasters I was able to get the truck I wanted at a price I could afford and it's not over my budget. They definitely deserve 5 stars.

My experience here was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. There was absolutely zero pushiness or usual used-car buying sleaziness that happened here. They were gracious about every little thing, which felt crazy for being at a used car lot! These guys are car enthusiasts, so all the cars on their lot are very good quality.

Don't waste your time and go anywhere else. Best service and high quality cars in the area Automasters. At 4601 nolensville road!!

Auto masters is different than most buy here pay here lots. I got sick with a terrible disease and they were very good to work with me. Everyone is very nice and professional.

I would have to say, for the most part the people I have dealt with have been good. They seem to care about everything.

Auto Masters has a great selection of vehicles, and I was encouraged when they offered me Kelley Blue Book fair values on my trade.

I do not understand why YP does not verify these reviews. This dealership conducts fraudulent transactions. I purchased a vehicle there and put down $2,000. My monthly payment was $375.00. After six months, I get a call from Auto Masters that they sold my loan to another company and they were having dispute. The other company called me to day they wanted the car back and Auto Masters called for me to drop off the vehicle at their lot. I was with no vehicle and the manager told me that I can purchase another vehicle. I would have to put down an additional down payment. This was by far the most shady dealership I have encountered. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office, and I am looking for an attorney.



Be wary of all these positive reviews. They must be hiring someone to write these positive reviews.
