Regarding the overall service, Early days yet to determine the effectiveness of the treatment as the job was done earlier today. In need of thinking through their customer service processes, however gracious when challenged on concerns

Aptive people always answer the phone promptly. The service people (today was Sear and Pierre) are very knowledgeable and will come back again if needed.

Very impressed with Sear and Derek who were my Active Service Pros. They are very knowledgable of their service and were very thorough in answering all my questions and concerns. They did a thorough job and were very friendly and professional.

This was my initial service. Malcolm and Sear called to advise running late and asked if ok to come. They did apologize and explain why late. Once here, Malcolm, began to review information with me to insure Caden and my discussion matched their records. Both gentlemen answered all my questions and explained answers with truthfulness. They each took extra steps to go over and above to of each actions and to advise of pest that I was unaware. Such as aphids and white flies in shrubbery. They treated for both. Also, very aware of my fish pond and growing tomatoe plants advised why we should not treat those areas. Very please with Malcolm and Sear and feel good with my decision. Crossing fingers my little pest will go away.

Eric Aguilar came to the front door to announce his arrival and to do the service. He is very profession, polite, receptive and offered good insight. We are glad to get this quarters service and Eric took good care of us,

Sear and Malcom were at my house this morning. They were on time and professional. They were very good with my ten year old dog. Yesterday, I found a bird's nest with eggs in a hanging basket on my front porch. They knew exactly how to handle the situation.

Gabriel was on time and very professional and polite. Very pleasant experience and he went out of his way to retreat my areas of concern. Only rated 3 because 1st treatment did not last and my landscape was being ate up by bugs. Retreated with a new product and will see how this does... still cannot rate effectiveness of their treatments, but will watch over time. As far as service and courtesy it is a +. It will have to be a while after my second scheduled service before I can realistic rate their products so I have to be patient and give them a chance. So are I am happy for the most part.

Matt did a great job. I wasn't home when he provided the services but Matt left a handwritten note of all of the issues he encountered and how he resolved them. Greatly appreciated the personal touch.

Sear from Aptive was very courteous and professional, he went thru the details of the service and ensured everything was covered as per agreement

Did a good job with cobwebs. Sprayed around and under the house. Also did the yard. Hit the hot spots on the inside. Time will tell for the rest of the bugs.

The service was very professional, on time and thorough. The technician, Sear, was well trained and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this service.

My Service Pro Sear really takes on his position as a "Service Pro-fessional!" He was very timely on his job, from coming on-time to fulfilling his duties right away!

Can't speak as to the results yet since this was my 1st treatment but Tyler and Adam were on time and very professional explaining everything. They were knowledgeable helpful when answering questions and seemed thorough.

Andrew was great as always! Very professional. On time and did a great job! He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

I wasn't home when service was done by Jerry and Mark , but cobwebs were gone and bugs around house are dying! Job well done I guess!

We absolutely love Aptive. Not only are they very thorough with treating the house the first time around, but they will come back to fix anything in case you think they missed a spot :)

Matthew Walden is our technician. He's come out a few times now and he always does a great job. The amazing thing is that he really remembers his customers. Today, he came by with some extra sticky traps and said, "I know you guys request these occasionally for the basement, so I brought you some extra ones." Wow! Now that's what I call personalized service. Give this man raise!
