        Bought a case for my phone here, as my carriers retail location didn't have what I was looking for. Have to return the phone, but they won't take back my case without a physical receipt. I had the receipt emailed to me, and never saw it. They apparently have no records of any transactions outside of their network customers. That's not only a bad way to keep records, it's also terrible customer service.
