Have been with this credit union for 20+ years and have had a couple interactions that were less than satisfying but not bad enough to move to a new bank however this weekend rushed to make it before closing to make a deposit got there ten min before closing but there was a line was informed once reaching the teller that they had just closed and she was unable to help me it was literally 1 min after! Shocked at this lack of customer care time for a new bank.

New Manager Heidi Byington demonstrates awful customer serive skills at this usteady branch. She is the third new manager in three years. I have banked here over twenty years with low expectaions keeping me coming back. The day I met Heidi I ended my account. If you are the type of person that might not have a lot of money in your account at certain times then Heidi does not wnat you business,- thats what she said to me. I wanted to put a personal check into our account one day for a large amount. She would not take the check..I say " I need it in asap though or I will overdraft. These are personal checks from my husbands business that I have been writing for five years. You can call the bank manager who knows us by name and is willing to help (foriegn concept here) he will glady let you know there is no problem with this check or the amount. Heidi responds (with no smile yet) no I can't trust you I do not know who you are... I say " that is because you are new. I have been here for twenty years! I don't care I will have to hold the check. she says.....I will have to end my account then today ...She responds: "fine." I viewed your account. you have not a lot of money. Wow! No thank you for banking with us for twenty years, just 'fine'. She never smiled nor acted like I was important because I was a customer, but more like a worm. I wanted to defend myself and my account, but why should I? So there ya go. My two cents..
