        Dr. Bald has provided the Elizabeth City and Outer Banks areas of North Carolina with excellent oral and maxillofacial surgery needs for more than 25 years. Dr. Bald and Associates has two locations to better serve your needs; Elizabeth City, NC, and Nags Head, NC. We are available to provide you a consultation or to perform your surgery six days a week, Monday through Saturday. Our qualified staff of professionals can assist you with tooth extractions, wisdom tooth extractions, TMJ, jaw pain, injuries to the mouth or tongue, and a host of other procedures.

        Thank you so much for the care provided to me yesterday. Dr. Bald, you put me at ease, made me laugh, and talked to me through the entire process in a way that I could understand. Mandy, you were super sweet and made sure I was comfortable while working well next to Dr. Bald. It was a pleasure to be around the both of you.
