Rufe Snow Travel

First I would like to say that I travel quite frequently and have used several Travel Agencies over the years. Most of whom are closed now. I did my research before using Rufe Snow Travel and found that they have been in business for almost 25 years and in the same brick and Mortar building. I contacted Jackie, and was given a quote within an hour and a half for spring break. I ended up booking the Royal in Playa Del Carmen which was one she highly recommended, and I was so impressed by this resort. It was right in town and we could walk in to get gifts for family members, but when we got back to the resort, we would forget we were in the town. I highly recommend the staff at Rufe Snow Travel, and will certainly be using them again in the future. They were great to work with, and made sure all my bases were covered before I traveled. Sure, I could have booked it on my own, but why when for the same price, I can have someone who does this every single day put it together for me. Needless to say, it is a no-brainer for most experienced travelers to use an experienced agent. Rufe Snow Travel won my loyalty!!

I didn't know anything about traveling out of the country. Contacted Patty at Rufe snow travel and she made us feel so comfortable. She told me where to get our passports and what I had to have to get my kids. The price she got us was better than cheap travel.com and we had the best time. I won't book with any other company now! I highly recommend Rufe Snow Travel.

DO NOT USE RUFE SNOW TRAVEL. I called to get information on a vacation and Billy helped me. Called back a couple of different times to have him book and he was NEVER there. I got the owner I think and she was very pushy and insisted on helping me and she screwed it all up.
