UPS Customer Center

We are full time travelers and are staying in an RV park. I have placed online orders that have been delivered by Fed Ex and UPS. While Fed Ex brings the package to my RV, UPS "attempts delivery" to the office, which is open only 2 hours a day, 4 days a week. They do not come to the site, which is listed on the delivery address. Given a choice, I will always go with Fed Ex. UPS doesn't even begin to measure up.

The worst customer service ever!! They are rude, insensitive, condescending, & dishonest. I was 10 packages this holiday & the only 3 that were late were the only 3 shipped by UPS. They all arrived at this location on time yet they were all at least 2 days late arriving (or available for pick up). I didn't even receive an apology for all the problems and waste of time they caused. They are great at miscommunication and excuses. It's weird that the "weather conditions" that prevented this UPS to deliver on time did not hinder any of the packages shipped via USPS or FedEx. I will go out of my way to avoid using this ups

Terrible customer service. They were to pick up a package, they did not, They were to deliver a package , they did not. H ave awful hours for customers who need to pick up their packages that they won't deliver or pickup and no local phone number to try to schedule a package for pickup then they want to charge you to pick up a package they should have delivered in the first place.
