As the owner of RPM Automotive, I would like to address the complaint of the young BMW owner below. This customer had a complain of coolant leak from his water bottle, which he supplied from an online source which was the correct part that was installed at his request. When retested, a leak was found at his thermostat housing, which had a hole in it. When advised he needed a new housing, he said he did not have that part and asked if we could repair his old part that was defective and should've had a new one. Due to circumstances, the attempt was made to repair the housing which unfortunately did not substitute a new one. Unfortunately a reply to this complaint has been long overdue. The customer was offered the opportunity for the free installation of his own new part, which he declined. Possibly the part was not available due to circumstances we were not aware of. Unfortunately this customer had a bad experience with us, and we want to help everybody who is willing to be helped. Ask.

Rpm was very fair they was able to quickly tell me what was wrong with my vehicle fix the problem and very compatible in cost and I didnt have to wait long at all I Wong have my vehicle fixed an yt? where else and I recommend anyone else to do the same definitely a good experience and you can tell they are very trustworthy

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! I took my 1998 bmw 528i to get the system bled for air, they told me my waterpump was bad replaced then told me it wasn't the water pump, and that the car was still overheating, citing a bad head gasket. I take my car to another to fun out that not only were rpm completely wrong but and that it was indeed an air bubble, and that the reason my car was still overheating because Rpm had bled the car incorrectly and broke my thermostat housing in the process and put JB weld on it instead of informing of the part they broke or replacing it... They didn't even bother to put a thermostat gasket back on car instead using only sealant. Bottom because of me driving with a ever leaking therm housing without a gasket that was improperly bled I did indeed end up blowing a head gasket, I will be taking them to small claims court. Ppl please heed my warning and beware of RPM!!

A good repair service for American-made vehicles. They do have some difficulty with foreign cars.
