        The manager and the other employee are very nice and very helpful. I am close to both the Muskegon and Holland store. I haven't anything kind to say about the Holland store. The store manager is not helpful and I don't know how they keep their store open. Awful service, not helpful with repairs and wants to charge a person for everything. The store in Muskegon is totally different. Manager is knowledgeable about glasses and the doctor who performs the eye exam. I always try to go back there if I can but when I have gone to Holland store I only go there while I happen to be in Holland and they are so disorganized and rude I just don't want to go back. Not at all the same experience at the Muskegon store.
