Arnold's Auto Glass

Arnold's Auto Glass had my window for over a week and did not order the glass. They told both my girlfriend and I that it would be ordered. (two separate employees) My girlfriend spoke with them in person when she dropped off the window and I called to follow up. We were both assured it was being taken care of. Upon arrival to pick up the window today, we were told they never ordered the glass and they said they did not have contact info for us and that no one had ever called about it, but later in the conversation slipped up and said "Well when he called about it..."
This experience with Arnold's Auto Glass has shown me that they are unorganized, unapologetic and their employees are willing to lie instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes. I am not in a situation where I am unable to list my girlfriends home on the market and will have to buy a custom window to install to meet our deadline. This extreme inconvenience has added substantial additional expense and a great deal of unnecessary stress courtesy of Arnold's Auto Glass. I will be returning there tomorrow in an attempt to make contact with a manager as my girlfriend was not allowed that privilege today. I will update this review with the results of that visit.I would recommend choosing anywhere but Arnold's Auto Glass for your glass needs.
