Dr Jeff and his staff have always been helpful and professional. He went over and above in dealing with my wife with early stages of alzheimer's. The gentleman that complained about him and his staff probably went in there with an attitude, and unfortunately, one must understand that they are under pressure constantly and if you go in there with an attitude you will not be received positively; it is just human nature.

He is a very good and knowledgeable doctor.
