The Guidance Center

My girlfriend has been going to the guidance center for some time now. I think they just made matters worse. She always came home after appointment feeling like they just didn't care. This place may be a nice fit for some but I hope she can't find help elsewhere.

revolving door with a LONG WAIT.. Use to be a decent place, especially for those in need with no insurance or the safety net program. Its honestly hit or miss. My last visit was a miss after my legitimate Dr, retired, spawn of satan.. Treated like a dumb convict even though I have my degree and work a real career for a living. Regardless, to the point in a pinch not bad, if you have insurance AVOID at all cost! Doctors are hacks and case workers, not even M.D. certified therapist. Sit an hour or more for their understaffed staff for a 10 min sit down of you saying nothing and some hack telling you what you will be taking and doing with zero input from you the paying client and treated like a dumb lab rat. Advice, RUN!

I attend the guidance center for both my med appointments as well as my therapy appts. My therapist is pam hiers and she is great, I havent seen the med doctor yet but I have an appt monday. The guidance center has been great. The wait time is sometimes a little long, but it is well worth it with the quality of staff they have there
