Professional technicians came out and did an excellent job installing our new system. Mark explained to us how we would like our water after installation, but we never dreamed it would be this nice! I have been a Robertson Family Water customer for 20yrs. They are one of the best companies to do business with. They know how to make you feel like a valued customer. We just upgraded our water softening/filteration system with them after 20 yrs. Any issues you have they are on top of it. They are the only company I would do business with when it comes to water issues. The system is easy to use and you will notice a difference right away. I love the way it makes my skin feel. When we travel and there is no water softening/filteration system my skin pays of it. I have eczema and very sensitive skin. Not with my water system. It soothes my irritated skin and the drinking water is the best. So clean and clear. Can't say enough about the system and the company!! Highly recommend.

We have used Robertson Family Water in 3 homes. We switched to them many years ago after sub-par equipment and service from another company.

They are reliable and honest. They have moved equipment and installed new equipment for me with no issues.

Their sales team, office staff, and service team are polite and professional. Having their service team show up is like having friends over for a visit.

I have never had a problem or complaint, but if I did I am sure it would be resolved quickly and professionally.

Great company! Came out did a straight forward water test and that was all I needed to see. I purchased a system on the spot and had it installed the next day! Best descision I ever made! Thank you to the Robetsons for opening my eyes!

My wife and I were told by a family member to use Robertsons to move our Culligan water softener system when we moved. Culligan quoted $300, but wouldn't drill through granite. Robertson said they would drill through the granite for installation but it would be $500 total. When they discovered they didn't need to drill through anything, they still sent the bill for $500. We called to dispute, they sent back a bill for $450 instead. When I called a third time and told them what we had expected to pay, they told us we 'must have our numbers mixed up' and that their 'hands are tied'. For not purchasing any equipment, and only using labor that is an absolutely ridiculous price and even worse explanation afterwards. Will never use, nor recommend them to anyone.

The slickest, most manipulative salesman I have met. I called for the free water testing and he tried to sell me a $7k water system without showing me the results of the water test. When I insisted on seeing the results he showed them to me and turned out we have great spring water and don't need the system. His response: well, this is only a snapshot and you never know on another day if there could be contamination, etc. The way he markets himself as a Christian family businessman feels manipulative. He may try to offer you a better deal on a used system if the $7k price tag shocks you too much. He will be your best friend until you tell him you are not interested in purchasing. Talks a lot, but not a good listener. He claims he does what he does because he is "saving lives"....my impression is that he has other motives, but I'll let God be the judge.

Great Company Would definately recommend to anyone interested in water treatment!

I purchased a Water treatment system from Robertson Water in 2010 and absolute love this company. My daughter has really bad dry skin issues and it has helped out dramatically. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family.

They are rude and ignorant to their field and even threatened my life and have destroyed my my new homes water fixtures NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
