Custom Kare Kennel, Inc.

We have been using Kustom Kare Kennels for almost 2 years now. We have spent over $600 in boarding fees. Have always felt they took good care of our dog. But was not too happy with the last boarding. We always leave our dog with a couple of bones for her to chew on. So, my wife goes to pick up the dog and the girl brings out the dog and says her you go. So, my wife asks where her blanket and bones are. So the girl goes back and comes out with a wet blanket (apparently they were trying to dry it) and gives it to my wife. My wife asked her about the 2 bones. So, the girl goes back and comes out with two bones that were not ours. So, she tells my wife they will have to call her when they locate them (translation: we don't have them). So, a couple of days go by and my wife calls and the girl she was dealing with was off. So, a couple more days go by and I called to ask about the bones. And the girl says they still haven't located them. So, I ask her what they do in a case like this and she

Terrible. Dog injured on pickup and had obviously lost weight. Drank water like crazy upon returning home and had bronchitis. You shouldn't have to pay a significant vet bill do to this places incompetence. Please do your dog a favor and go somewhere that cares about them rather than your money. My dog still sick from this place a week later!!

I saw the commercial for this kennel on TV, took my dog there and was so so happy with how they treated her and I both!

I took my dog here a week ago and was very happy with my experience. The staff is friendly and helpful.

These guys are great! If you want professional quality service take your pet here! My dog loves it there!

I take my dog and cat to this facility on a regular basis. I also get my dog groomed there and they do a fantastic job, very professional atmosphere too. They literally do a custom job for you and your pets.

This kennel is superb I take my dog and cat atleast once a month.

Wonderful service is all I can say! I have my dog groomed here on a regular basis, way to go being on Channel 5 Custom Kare Kennels!!!

The person in the review below can't even spell, I take my dog to Custom Kare Kennels all the time when I'm out of town, I've never EVER had a problem with them.

These reviews are highly incorrect, I take my pet to Custom Kare Kennels on a regular basis and have no problems. Shame on you people!

Agree with the previous rating. Not only did they not return the toy, but our dog was injured when we picked it up. The manager was supposed to take care of the vet bill and he didn't. Contacting the owner was useless. The owner lives out of state and does not care about the business or reputation.

BEWARE OF THIS KENNEL, THEY WILL MISPLACE YOU BELONGINGS AFTER TELLING YOU THEY WILL BE SAFE AND MOST OF ALL BEWARE OF THE CARE THEY GIVE!! MY PUPPY WAS SO SICK AFTER BEING IN THERE AND THE OTHER 3 DOGS WERE WET AND HAD PEEPEE AND DUP ON THEM AFTERWARDS. I HAVE FILE COMPLAINTS WITH THE STATE AND THE BBB.
