Horrible place, roaches, criminals, obnoxious staff, filthy pool, paper thin walls, Crosscourt has it all! Management enters your apartment every month and snoops (they say to spray though-which is needed due to all the roaches) and gossip to your neighbors about you. The cops are there all the time due to criminal activity, excessive noise and domestic violence.You can hear everything through the walls, and even when staff acknowledges an obnoxiously loud stereo, they won't do anything. Plumbing goes out and water gets cut off regularly (whilel you're showering sometimes). Maintenance man Charlie has a seriously bad attitude, is lazy and will do a completely half-assed job fixing things. Oh yeah, if you have a cat you let out to roam, prepare to lose it to animal control because management sets out traps and turns them over, never had a moments peace while I lived here.without notifying residents. I moved here because it was cheap and about a miles walk to MTSU, but never had a minutes peace here.

HORRIBLE!! DANGEROUS!! THIS IS THE GHETTO. I am a student who needed a 1-br apartment for a reasonable price. Cross Court seemed to be okay, even though the exterior looked like a skeezy motel and creepy people are always out on their porches watching you. I fell into the trap of the nice office staff and rented...luckily for only 6 months. THIS HAS BEEN HELL. The walls are paper thin. The cops are constantly here. Apparently a felon is living with the drug dealer next door...I heard the cops searching for him last night. The smell of weed pours through the vents at all times and the managers do not care that everyone is a crack addict.The neighbors on each side both got robbed last night. Everyone plays horrendous music so loud that it shakes my apartment. When someone closes their door it rocks my apartment. I can hear people screaming, fighting, and other disgusting things. I'm terrified for my safety, and perpetually on the alert for robbery. Everyone in this place is ghetto trash. The cheap price is due to the fact that the neighborhood is HORRIBLE. The neighbors are TRASH. People dry their laundry on the bannisters and wander drunk in the parking lot. DO NOT EVEN LOOK AT IT.

This is a great place if you are on a strict budget. It is fairly cheap and the maintenance is really good about fixing things right away. This would make a great starter apartment! However, if you are looking for luxury, I would look elsewhere. I have had good and bad neighbors, but as of now all seem to be really good. The office staff is pretty nice.

THIS IS MY 1ST APARTMENT IT IS GOOD SIZE, SAFE AND THE STAFF IS THE BEST. I LOVE IT HERE THE MAINTENANCE TEAM IS ON THE BALL WITH ALL THE REPAIRS
