County Disposal

Quit picking up garbage but still took money out of my bank account. Unable to contact by phone, email, letter.
The review by the company is a joke. Customer Service means nothing to this company, they are no better then a common thief.

When my husband switched our providers in 2012, the service was fine. 2013, 2014 they were fine. However, in 2015 the trash was not picked up on time every now and then. I would call and the lady would have a reasonable reason for the delay. 2016, oh my goodness, the trash was picked up every two weeks on average. By September, the trash was not picked up for a whole month. I have realized this company only had excuses for why they did not do what they were paid to do. I would not recommend them to anyone. Shame too, started out very good.

Horrible service! Won't answer calls or emails! Didn't pick up for weeks with no communication! I would not use them at all.

County disposal is locally owed an operated Out custimetd are our number 1 priority. In commitment an service. I take each call to be equally important to each customer to return call. No matter the need or information needed. Please email me any issues as I do not get concerns here for much time pass. I am available to email right away at contact us button. We don't want any issues we can resolve immediately to go unaddressed.
