Beauty & Wig

If it wasn't for the fact that they had the wig I wanted, I would not go in. Very rude and treat you as if they think you would steal from them. I will never go back. I had an elderly lady 83 years old with me and she is still complaining about how they treated her. Management needs to learn old fashioned American customer service or go back to Asia. I'm not a racist as my family is Asian. They just need to treat customers as customers and not as thieves.

This was the worst business I have ever entered. The people there were foreign (which I absolutely don't mind) but they yelled at me in a strange language MULTIPLE times for touching things.. Or for trying to try on any wigs. And I picked up a fifteen dollar wig here, it wasn't EXTRAVAGANT.. I honestly ran out crying because of how rude they were and how uncomfortable they made me. When I called the next day to tell them what a terrible experience I had had they hung up on me and when I tried calling back they said they'd done nothing wrong. Needless to say I won't be going back there and I think EVERYONE should keep away!! I'm a quiet lonesome 21 YO girl who has an anxiety disability. I don't cause anyone any trouble.. I should be able to buy a wig without having a panic attack. I wish I could give a negative amount of stars. I made this YELP just for this review. Save your day and go to the wig shop on memorial.
