Cancun Auto Repair and Detail Shop

this place is awesome!! i have no idea why people are hating on this place. they got my car fixed quickly and rite the first time!! Also the speed they have while washing cars seems like something you would see from a professional car wash; they work together very well!! coming back soon!

So often we get dissapointed for Goods and Services we receive from companies such as wireless,internet,energy,grocery stores,etc. but sometimes we get more than we expect or our needs are handled with kindness, courtesy and consideration. As long as you already know it, we live in a world where we tend to be more active about complaining and destroy than edify and recognize when we get such a good, nice and great experience. That's the case with "Cancun Auto Repair & Detail" and I want to report and thank through this media for the good stuff I received from the crew, particularly from the "big boss" Alfonse who actually have my entire trustworty once my car is on the necessity to be repaired again (guess no..!). My car is a Sebring '98 and is running like a champ, after two malfunctioning injectors that were removed and replaced. They perform a review of the suspension at no charge and said no problems at all, same thing on oil and antifreeze levels. the price I paid for the job was more than fair. They're not the best, but one of them. Thank you guys for the great service and keep doing the rigth thing..!

I had used Cancun one other time when they first opened for Detailing and the price was right. I found out they also do auto repair so I decided to have my car serviced. Unlike the first poster I bought my own parts. When dealing with any shop out side of the dealer, always buy your own parts! One evening I was picking up my car and the two mechanics assigned to my vehicle informed me that the price for labor would go down because they did not have to do as much labor the owner, Poncho had originally quoted. This is where the story gets bad. Owner quote $400 for 6hours of labor. Mechanic stated he only had to do 34min worth of work!



Needless to say when the owner arrived he stuck me with the $400 original quote. We argued for about 30min on who said what. These guys are shady and I would not recommend them to anyone! The employees are cool and they are pretty upfront but the owner is the only one allowed to quote. Cancun Auto Repair and Detailing or Pancho the owner are The Worst. Plus they never have anyone up front to help you out. Take my advice and shop around. Their are many other shops and shade tree mechanics that can do the same work without all the nonsense and lying.

Only Thing I can say about this shop is that they do NOT care about their customers!!! Not only do they OVERCHARGE for parts that are NOT new but they leave the car in even WORST condition. I took my car to another shop and they showed me that the parts put in MY car were from a SALVAGED JUNKYARD, and they only know this becuse those parts are marked with a special markings..SMH I would NEVER recommend this place!!!! The only reason for the 1 star is because I am forced to rate but I give it 0 stars!!
