Vogue Cleaners

Took a comforter to Wheeling Ave. Vogue in the AM of 11-28-2016. Was informed to pick up item over 3 days later, between 4-6pm on 12-01-2016. When I entered store, front desk person was decorating the office Christmas tree. I could not see or hear any other employees in store. I thought to myself, "why does it take over 3 days to clean a comforter ..... they sure don't appear to be busy". For 3 days, when I went past Vogue cleaners, not a single customer at the place. on 12-01-16, 5:10 pm I went to pick up my comforter and a different employee was decorating the same Christmas tree ! Again, no other employees in sight. . Was informed it was not there. Not completed and that , and I quote "Large items like that sometimes get put off to the side". WHAT? The comforter is apparently laying around over at the Willard St. shop, at least that's what I was told. I requested to head over to Willard St. and pick it up, done or not ... but that store was closed. Since Vogue never issued me a receipt ( I should have demanded one !) .... I've got an eerie feeling I may never see my comforter again. I will NEVER use or recommend Vogue cleaners to anyone. Very poor service and poorly ran.
