The Dowling Law Office--started by Kim Dowling in 1985--has been serving Delaware County and East Central Indiana for over a quarter of a century. Kim was joined by her husband and law partner, Ralph, in 2006, Together they continue to serve the area--in the legal system and in the community.

Kim and Ralph are members of the Indiana State Bar Association, and Kim sits on its Board of Governors. They are both licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Indiana and Ralph is licensed to practice in the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago. Ralph is currently President of the Muncie Bar Association and Kim was formerly its President.
