Camera system is broken, gate has been left open after normal business hours on multiple occasions, people that don't actually rent space there have access codes: essentially, this place is by no means secure and I would recommend going any where else even if it's a bit more expensive. Thats just the security issue, there is literally too many other things wrong with that business to mention on a review. Do yourself a favor and use any other storage facility.

Great prices, but service is terrible. The day I arrived to sign contract, no one showed up until 45 minutes after they supposedly open. I was also promised the unit would be swept n weeded which it never was. The biggest kicker is the fact I procured the use of the truck to move in at

9:30 am, when they open. I took a half of a day off from work to do this and am on a strict time schedule. I have been sitting here since 9:25, and it is now 10:10 and still no one has arrived. Even worse is that the only number to call rings only in the office that I'm sitting in front of, which no one happens to be in. This is not how you operate a business professionally. If you say you open at 9:30, be here at 9:30 at the latest, especially when your customers, who are the sole reason you have a business, depend on it. I understand people run late, but both times I've been here, it's been the same thing. So to sum it up, I guess you get what you pay for.
