Failed to provide our pet water during a seven hour treatment and sent us home with a faulty oxygen tank with inadequate capacity. Vet was verbally combative for nearly 24 hours before admitting her mistakes when confronted with evidence from the oxygen supplier, then promptly blamed us, saying we'd 'gotten our pet infected in the first place'. Two days of excuses after her negligence rather than a sincere, meaningful apology. We expected our pet to die, but not to suffer as much in Dr Sabol's care as without it.
