worse service to take. Took me to a dental office and left me there. When called to be picked up, they said it is 5.00 and they do not have any driver to get me. I am paraplegic and had to wait for hours for my insurance to send me alternative transportation in the cold weather. Another time they crammed the van with wheelchairs and cannot get to my heart surgery on time. No one should use this service.

ZERO STARS! This place is terrible. They sent a crappy van for my wheelchair bound mother. The armrest for the van fell out while on the road. She was injured. Don't use this company.

Today, I had to get to the airport with my mother who is in a wheel chair. The driver was ON TIME, polite and extremely caring about making sure my mother was strapped in. I can't begin to tell you how relieved I am to know their are great people in NYC. I was at ease knowing that their driver was prompt considering I was going to the airport. Although the price was steep. Getting to the airport with a wheelchair person was the biggest challenge. I can't express my gratitude enough. Hopefully this review will reciprocate the blessing they were to me. I forgot the drivers name but he knows who he is. Keep providing a Great service and your business will continue to blossom.
