Arrow Riding Stable

I absolutely love this place. As a child I have been going here. When I look at anything dealing with animals, I look at how they are treated. Arrow stables actually care and love each oof their animals from the horses to the cats. Their guides are very attentive and patient. Some reviews may not be that good and I am sorry your first impressions were not good. I urge you to give them another try. Good stables are hard to come by and they run their horses to the ground. Arrow stables has treated me and my family great and addressed any concerns we had.

I made an appointment with the husband who owns the place 2 weeks before my daughter's birthday party. I requested some permission slips be sent to me so that the parents could sign them ahead of time and it took several calls to get them to send them to me. I had spoken to the husband and wife a total of 4 times previous to the party. On the day of the birthday party, we showed up after driving a half hour to get there and were told they had nothing booked for that day. The guy had the nerve to tell me first that I didn't make a reservation, then that I didn't call them back to VERIFY the reservation, but yet I spoke to him and his wife multiple times! They didn't offer to get the horses ready to ride, but instead said the only thing they could do was to have us come back NEXT WEEK and would give us the rides for $20! They ruined my daughter's birthday party and offered us a measly $2 discount to come back the following week! I would NEVER spend my money there after their scheduling incompetence and complete lack of customer service. They screwed up and didn't want to take any responsibility for their incompetence. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

Took kids riding for first time on horses. They had horses that were calm for beginners and guides that were helpful. Kids loved it and want to go back.
