Dennis Uniform

I am shocked that there are any negative reviews about Dennis Uniform. Our school switched from Lands End this year and we could not be happier. The staff is very helpful and were able to help fit my daughter (who is usually difficult to fit). I love the quality of the skirt and polo. We went a week before school started and the store was pretty crazy, but what should you expect. Again, so happy we switched!

Oh my, I agree with jamesv, I had the same experience with them back in 2012. And it was around October as well. I even emailed their headquarters that year. There was a nice woman who helped me courteously and then there was this one woman, supposedly a supervisor or manager who was just rude to the 10th power. I just came across your post because I was looking for Dennis Uniform's phone number at Mt. Prospect and was surprised that we experienced the same rude service around the same time. I also hope that we move with a different vendor.

Our school in Lake County recently switched to Dennis Uniforms from Lands' End. The Mt. Prospect store was NOT helpful regarding school uniforms that did not fit, the staff was rude and we will be actively petitioning for a change in vendors. Lands End was much better.
