Golden Corral Restaurants

Shared father's day dinner with my daughter, her boyfriend, my dad, brother, and niece. Went to Golden Corral in Delran, NJ today since it was close to where we were at the time. However, last week while eating at the one in Berlin, NJ I noticed that they were having a special: Dad's eat free on father's day! So we decided to take dad and brother out. Didn't realize that this special only pertained to the Golden Corral in Berlin, NJ and not the one that we were at. The manager (Delran, NJ) was working at the register and when we mentioned the special, he was very rude, disrespectful, and condescending. After complaining to the head manager who apologized and offered one dinner free, we decided to go to the Golden Corral in Berlin. The atmosphere there was a complete contrast. There was this manager (kind of short, black hair) who was exceptionally nice. He was not on a register (smart guy) instead he was walking around greeting customers, checking on food and just being everywhere possible (that's what I call true management) we had a great time and the food was excellent.



Customers are the ones who keep business' going. As a matter of fact, that is why they are in business to gain and to keep customers. Some of these foreigners (Delran manager) from other countries who do not know how to treat people, should not be working in customer service. I advise anyone in the Delran area looking for a Golden Corral, not to go there. But if you want to spend your money, get a great meal receive excellent service and treatment, then go anywhere else but there. Instead, the Golden Corral in Berlin, NJ on route 73 is a great place to dine.
