Mount Dora Wasabi Buffet Inc

This place is fantastic! We have looked for a Chinese/Japanese buffet since our old fav closed down a few years back and I am so pleased we stumbled on this one. The employees are great, our servers always welcome us with warm smiles. They do a phenomenal job keeping your table cleaned and drinks filled and are very pleasant. The restaurant is very clean. The bathrooms are immaculate. We have been during slow and busy hours and the food is always wonderful. Many buffets you go to you can tell the food has been sitting for some time. You will never find that at this Wasabi's. Everything is always fresh, the employees are constantly checking the food. The crab legs have been fresh every time we've visited. They are never dark in color (indication of being old) and they taste sooooo good. I love the sushi bar, they have 6 to 8 kinds to try depending on the night and the chef is normally right there constantly making more. Over all I wish I could give this location more the 5 stars. We have recommended and taken others with us several times. So if your looking for a clean, friendly and tasty Chinese/Japanese buffet this place is a must try! :)

This place is excellent! All the dishes were very tasty, even the surimi dish with the fake crabmeat was excellent! Oysters on the half shell and crab legs were among the best for restaurants like these.

While the sushi was not in many different varieties they did offer about a dozen different choices including cooked fish and shrimp rolls and a deep fried roll as well as a vegetable roll, cream cheese roll. It was very tasty, and sufficiently cured my craving for sushi!

Nice clean updated restroom, this place is always a winner, and I have been 5 or 6 times. Always clean and very good!

Love this restaurant. I head for the sushi first thing. They are small in comparison to what I had in Japan, but I like them better, because they are easier to eat! plenty of ginger to go with them! You can't go wrong picking any of the dishes or soups. The baked salmon is delicious, I especially love the crab salad. The egg rolls aren't the best, but there is so much more to choose from who has room for them! My husband & I go back as often as we can!
