        Overall

        I get where I have stopped coming here. They're either out of menu items, condiments or toilet supplies. In my opinion management simply does not care. I miss the old store that they replaced.

        The hamburger was very cold-so much so that the cheese was not melted and it looked as if it had been cooked quite a while ago. Got lectured by both managers about it being fresh-I only wanted to swap it for a cheaper, small chili. The managers refused to give me a contact number for the store-finally gave me an incorrect 800 number which was not for customer service. They were very rude and I will never go back. I wanted to swap for a cheaper warm selection and forego the difference. Horrible.
